Intensive Ambulatory Family Therapist Youth

• Provide intensive ambulatory family therapy to families with children and young people with psychiatric problems, using the IAG methodology, among others.
• Map family interactions, patterns, and environmental factors, and support families in achieving sustainable changes.
• Work independently within families and coordinate treatment with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Maintain contact with referrers, care providers, and other stakeholders from the family's social network.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case discussions, and intervision.
• Contribute to reporting, registration, and the further development of the treatment offer.
• Utilize expertise and contribute ideas for the expansion of systemic care.
• Collaborate on a family-oriented approach and develop offerings in the field of Infant Mental Health.

What they ask

• Completed relevant HBO education, for example, Social Work, SPH, or Pedagogy.
• SKJ registration in the professional register for youth and family professionals.
• Preferably, completed a post-HBO training in Intensive Ambulatory Family Therapy (IAG), or willingness to further develop in this area.
• Several years of work experience within child and adolescent psychiatry and/or with ambulatory family therapy.
• Knowledge of psychiatric problems in children and young people, relevant treatment methodologies, and outreach work.
• Ability to work systemically, act independently, and function well within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proactive, flexible, stress-resistant, self-reflective, driver's license, and car.

• A positive Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required.
• Reference checks and diploma verification are part of the application procedure.
