- Actively contribute to preventing absenteeism and ensuring employees remain sustainably employable.
- Collaborate intensively with occupational physician assistants and absenteeism case managers.
- Fulfill an important medical and advisory role and work with task delegation where appropriate.
- Provide substantive guidance to colleagues, monitor the quality of services, and ensure different expertises align well.
- Identify developments within organizations and translate them into practical and substantiated advice.
- Stand by the client as an advisor and partner, jointly seeking suitable solutions.
