For a major player in the investment banking sector, we are looking for an Application and Production Support Engineer to work on critical applications within a market banking environment.
Objective.
- Guarantee the availability, stability, and performance of business applications while providing quality support to users.
What you will do.
- Provide N2/N3 application support for business applications
- Analyze, qualify, and resolve production incidents
- Conduct technical and functional investigations
- Monitor incidents until their resolution
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
- Participate in production releases and post-deployment monitoring
- Automate and improve support procedures
- Contribute to the reliability and continuous improvement of production
What they are looking for.
- Experience in Application / Production Support
- Good knowledge of Linux / Unix environments
- Proficiency in SQL
- Shell / Python scripting is a plus
- Knowledge of monitoring tools
- DevOps / SRE sensitivity is a plus
- Knowledge of Market Banking / CIB
- Professional English is essential
