An organization is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support its IT teams in the management and execution of strategic projects. This role requires the ability to lead and animate agile teams, ensure coordination between different stakeholders, and guarantee the proper adoption of Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate has solid experience in team and dependency management, excellent command of Agile methodologies, and a strong ability to unite people around common goals.
What you do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
- Support teams in the adoption and improvement of agile practices
- Identify and remove obstacles encountered by the teams
- Ensure timely follow-up in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to drive team effectiveness
- Identify and manage inter-team and inter-project dependencies
- Ensure communication between development teams, business teams, and external stakeholders
- Drive the integration of new functionalities and ensure their consistency with existing ones
- Facilitate decision-making and arbitrate priorities with various stakeholders
What they ask
- Minimum 4/5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- An Agile certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe) is a plus

- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
