You will join a residential unit that provides a home for 24 adults with long-term and complex psychological vulnerabilities. This is a heterogeneous group of residents in terms of psychiatric illness, but with a relatively low level of independence and daily functioning.
What you will do. You will have a varied role as a nurse, where you can truly make a difference for the residents and their families. You will adopt a recovery-oriented approach, prioritizing the autonomy and lived experience of the residents and their network.
- You will organize and monitor the daily guidance of residents, both individually and in groups.
- You will work closely within an interdisciplinary team.
- As an individual supervisor, you will support and guide the resident and involve their context in the personal and social recovery process.
- You will draw up care plans, monitor their implementation, and evaluate them together with the interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, nurses, and care assistants.
- You will work in alternating shifts: early, day, and late.
Profile
- A nursing diploma (bachelor, graduate/HBO, or basic nursing).
- Some experience or recently graduated; you will be warmly welcomed and coached by a professional team.
- Experience or internships in mental health care are a plus.
- You possess a good degree of independence and help shape the guidance.
- With your enthusiasm, openness, and flexibility, you maintain and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
- You are engaged, connected, knowledgeable, and dynamic in your work.

- Gross monthly salary according to IFIC scale 14, 14b, or 13, depending on your diploma and relevant seniority.
- At least 47 days off per year (24 vacation days, 13 ADV days, and 10 public holidays) for full-time employment.
- Additional vacation days for employees aged 45+ (12 extra days from 45, 50, and 55 years) or 1 extra day off every 3 years of service for employees under 45.
