Nurse

• As a Nurse, you support and guide clients in their own living environment.
• You truly get to know clients and provide care that suits their needs.
• You strengthen clients' self-management and consider what they can and want to do themselves.
• You work based on a pre-established care plan.
• You monitor and evaluate care and implement improvements, possibly in collaboration with colleagues, informal caregivers, general practitioners, and other partners in the neighborhood.

• You have extensive contact with clients, family, colleagues, and external healthcare professionals.
• You empathize and adapt your communication to the situation and person.
• You are always alert to changes in client behavior.
• You enthusiastically guide interns and students.

What they ask

• An MBO level 4 nursing degree.
• An up-to-date BIG registration.
• Experience is welcome, for both starters and experienced professionals.

• The schedule is made one month in advance.
• The day before, you know which clients you will visit (your route).
• In the morning, you check for changes and set off.
• Client files or care plans can be reviewed at the client's home or before the visit.
• You travel by bicycle or your own car, depending on the distances.
• You work at people's homes, which provides a lot of variety.
• Every location, client, and care request is different.
• You work in a region that includes several villages.
