About the assignment
You will work in the sample hall, creating the business card for a company. This is not standard production work, but craftsmanship where an eye for detail makes the difference. You ensure that customers see exactly what a finished product will look like, and it must look neat and well-maintained. You will work largely independently and have the freedom to organize your work as you see fit. At the same time, you will learn the trade from an experienced colleague who is happy to share their knowledge with you.
This is a great opportunity to grow into a specialized and responsible role.
You will work for an internationally operating production company within the building materials industry. The company is among the top in Europe and actively contributes to innovative and sustainable solutions within the construction sector. The atmosphere is down-to-earth, involved, and personal. Many colleagues have worked here for years, which ensures stability and a strong team spirit. Here, craftsmanship, helping each other, and creating something beautiful together are key.
You will work in a small team of three colleagues, which means short lines of communication, a lot of independence, and truly being part of the whole. You will see the results of your work everywhere: in showrooms, at DIY stores, and even in magazines or at exhibitions. You directly contribute to the appearance of construction projects.
