You will play an important role in designing, managing, and optimizing Master Batch Records (MBR) within production processes in a leading pharmaceutical environment. You will contribute to both operational activities and improvement and implementation projects within a high-tech environment.
What you do
- Leading improvement projects related to quality, Lean & Six Sigma, and process optimizations
- Building, maintaining, and managing Master Batch Records (MBR)
- Actively participating in projects such as implementations, lead time reduction, and optimization initiatives
- Collaborating intensively with production, Opex, quality, IT
- Actively participating in project, operational, and system teams
- Supporting, training, and guiding users of MBR systems
- Maintaining occasional international contacts
Profile
- Master's degree in a scientific field or equivalent by experience
- Interest in MES/ERP systems and affinity with computer systems
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools is a plus
- Affinity with procedures and requirements within the pharmaceutical sector
- Strong communication and written skills
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
- Hands-on mentality with strong analytical skills and a sense of initiative
- Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
