What you will do.

• You create a safe and secure environment every day where children can develop freely. Your warmth and involvement help them build confidence and be themselves.
• You stimulate their growth and development: From games to creative activities, you devise ways to support each child's development, tailored to their individual needs and rhythm. You see how small successes move them forward every day.
• You build a strong bond with parents: By keeping parents informed about the day's progress and their child's development, you give them confidence and peace of mind. You are their point of contact and ensure open, supportive communication.
• You work together in a close-knit team: Together with your colleagues, you build a positive, dynamic work environment. You inspire each other to do the best for the children every day. At the same time, you are given the space to work independently and take initiative within the team.
