You will work in-house at a leading client organization. You will be the first point of contact for flexible employees, ensuring they feel heard, helped, and welcome. Simultaneously, you will be responsible for recruiting new employees.

- Ensuring new employees are well-prepared for their first day of work
- Combining recruitment, HR
What they ask
- MBO+ or HBO level of thinking and working
- Experience with administrative tasks
- Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
- A proactive, strong in communication, and accurate work attitude
- Experience in guiding employees or customer contact
- Possess a personal car
- Willingness to travel weekly to a second location (travel time is included in working hours)
