Data Engineer ETL ELT & Data Quality (FME)
An organization is looking for a Data Engineer ETL/ELT to set up and manage the data repository for a public organization. The role involves defining, implementing, and improving data integration, quality, and control processes, with particular attention to traceability and adherence to established architectural standards. The position involves the deployment of deduplication, normalization, and identifier management mechanisms.
What you do
- Design processes for feeding, transforming, normalizing, and quality controlling the repository.
- Define mechanisms for generating and managing unique identifiers, deduplication, and consolidation between sources.
- Implement integration chains and data exchange flows with traceability and adherence to standards.
- Define and automate quality controls during ingestion and on existing data.
- Anticipate the evolution of validation rules according to business needs and regulatory developments.
- Design mechanisms for anomaly detection and alerts, indicators, and reports.
- Develop processes for data cleansing and remediation and their enrichment.
- Set up a data quality monitoring system and track indicators.
- Analyze trends and propose technical or organizational improvements.
- Contribute to operational exploitation and documentation of processes and tools.
- Analyze the technical and functional impacts of connections and participate in testing campaigns.
