You are responsible for the daily management and coordination of the finishing phase within a large-scale residential construction project. The development consists of multiple residential buildings with hundreds of owner-occupied and rental apartments, and building heights up to approximately 75 meters. You monitor planning, quality, and progress, ensuring that the various finishing activities are well-aligned. Due to the project's scale, the different housing types, and phased execution, an overview is essential.
You contribute to a visible end result that provides hundreds of households with a new home and contributes to the development of a complete new urban living environment.

- Able to oversee multiple finishing streams simultaneously
- Practical construction insight and an eye for finishing quality
- Experience with large-scale residential or apartment construction is a strong plus
- Clear communication with the project team and executing parties
- Focused on careful delivery
- Dutch language proficiency is required
