Visual Merchandiser Brand Stylist

You present the collection of a fashion company in a contemporary, fresh, and inspiring way, both in styling and visual merchandising.

• You proactively contribute ideas and come up with innovative, creative proposals that align with the fashion company's DNA, while also ensuring a modern and rejuvenating image.
• You actively contribute to strengthening the contemporary, fashionable, and youthful perception of the fashion company, without losing sight of the brand's identity and recognition.

What you will do.

• You develop styling content for the store teams, such as styling videos and presentations, which help them compose silhouettes in line with the collection's DNA and stimulate cross-selling throughout the collection.
• You take on an active coaching role and are responsible for the guidance, development, and motivation of the Creators in our stores.
• You inspire and empower them in their role, so that they, in turn, can optimally coach and manage their teams.
• You coordinate with the VM and Fashion Advisor creators and provide styling guidelines for a uniform brand image.
• You coordinate with Logistics so that refills in the stores happen on time and according to VM guidelines.

What they ask

• Graduate degree (higher vocational education).
• Several years of experience in fashion retail as a brand stylist, visual merchandiser, or in a similar role, demonstrable with a portfolio.
• Experienced and creative stylist with a passion for fashion and visual merchandising.
• A strong sense of fashion and style.
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with the fashion company's DNA and start working independently after a short onboarding period.
• Organize your work independently, adapt quickly, and deliver results without a long onboarding period.
• Strong communication skills, a stylish eye, and attention to detail.
• Available from December 2026.
• Mobile to visit stores in Flanders and the Netherlands, as well as to provide styling and meetings at the head office.
