A great opportunity for an experienced Project Controller to work within an international and innovative organization in the energy sector. This role is perfect for professionals who want to combine financial expertise with project control, contract management, and business partnering within complex technical projects. You are, together with the Project Manager, responsible for the financial success of projects.
You support the business throughout the entire project lifecycle and play an important role in cost controlling, cash management, reporting, contract management, and risk management. You collaborate with various internal departments, including purchasing, logistics, legal affairs, and taxation. Additionally, you have regular contact with clients regarding ongoing projects and contractual agreements.
What you will do.
- Responsible for project controlling of various ongoing projects
- Manage the financial administration of projects, including invoicing and cash management
- Support the sales team during the quotation process, including credit checks and financial calculations
- Perform contract management, risk management, and claim management
- Monitor project progress and financial performance
- Support and advise project teams on legal and financial matters
- Assess logistical, fiscal, warranty, and insurance issues
- Correctly record projects in SAP according to internal financial and commercial guidelines
- Collaborate with national and international stakeholders within multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain contacts with clients regarding financial and contractual matters
What they ask
- Completed HBO education in Business Economics, Business Administration, or a similar economic field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with project control and contract management is a strong plus
- Experience with SAP
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong communication skills and the ability to switch between different stakeholders
