A public educational institution is looking for an Urban Economist for its Development team. The role involves supporting various spatial development projects and offers opportunities for professional growth within the field of urban economics. What you do
- Support in drafting, updating, and managing land exploitations
- Collect and analyze financial data for area developments
- Support financial feasibility analyses
- Support cost recovery for private initiatives
- Support subsidy applications and accountability
- Draft memos, notes, and project reports
- Support in keeping policy documents up-to-date
- Participate in project groups
- Participate, under guidance, in discussions with developers and other stakeholders
- Develop into an independent advisor in urban economics

- Demonstrably completed education in urban planning, spatial development, real estate, economics, public administration, or similar at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
- Demonstrable work experience with spatial development and/or urban economics
