You develop teaching materials (handouts, online content, practical exercises) and/or ensure that available teaching materials are up-to-date and relevant for the target group.
You coach trainees throughout the training so that they achieve their goals. You represent an educational institution and contribute to its image as a place for professional knowledge, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

- Knowledge and experience with:
- Preventive and curative mechanical maintenance of machines and installations
- Assembly and disassembly of mechanical components
- Bearings, couplings, belt and chain drives
- Shafts, seals, and mechanical connections
- Alignment and adjustment of machine components
- Pumps, compressors, and other mechanical installations
- Basic hydraulics and pneumatics
- Tracing, analyzing, and resolving mechanical malfunctions
- Safe working during maintenance activities
- An open learning attitude and empathy for people in different phases of the learning process
- Some experience with teaching/speaking to a group is a plus (a pedagogical diploma is not a must)
- Good command of Dutch
- Secondary education or equivalent by experience
Practical
- Target group: technical staff and maintenance employees responsible for the mechanical maintenance of machines and industrial installations who want to further develop their knowledge and practical skills.
- Lesson times: during the day and/or in the evening.
