The assignment focuses on functional management, continuous development, and process optimization. In this role, you are the connecting link between HR, the organization, and the technical setup of Youforce. You play an important role in a project to further digitize and optimize HR processes. You ensure that Youforce aligns well with user needs and that HR processes are set up as efficiently and user-friendly as possible.
What you will do.
- Functionally manage and optimize Youforce and its associated modules
- Analyze and resolve incidents and user questions
- Translate HR needs into practical and future-proof system solutions
- Set up and improve workflows, authorizations
- Test and implement changes, releases, and new functionalities
- Monitor the quality of data and processes
- Support and advise users
- Prepare and maintain documentation and setup documents
Profile
You will work closely with HR colleagues and the Youforce functional administrator. You will ensure that your knowledge is structurally transferred and sustainably embedded within the organization.
What they ask
- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience as a functional administrator and/or application administrator Youforce, including experience in designing, building, and optimizing workflows within various organizations
Preferences.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience with implementing and developing Youforce at government organizations
- Demonstrable work experience in the past 6 years with setting up Youforce for a government organization as a Functional Administrator
- Demonstrable work experience with translating HR needs into solutions within Youforce, illustrated with examples in work experience
