What you will do.
- Manage and coordinate activities on the career website
- Act as the primary point of contact for the website within employer branding
- Maintain collaboration and alignment with the internal team
- Translate wishes and improvement requests into concrete tickets and requirements
- Prioritize, test, and guide delivered changes
- Coordinate content delivery from recruitment and professional fields
- Update and optimize web content
- Support the rollout of the renewed vacancy format
- Organize and guide interviews, visual material, and video content for the website
- Monitor digital accessibility for new and modified content
- Identify improvement opportunities in terms of user-friendliness and findability
- Handle editorial changes, incidents, and regular management activities
- Coordinate with external suppliers involved in content, design, and website development
Profile
- Minimum of a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with website management or online content management
- Experience with CMS environments and coordinating web development activities
- Knowledge of digital accessibility (WCAG)
- Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing
Preferences.
- Experience with stakeholder management within a large and/or complex organization
- Experience with SEO and online findability
- Experience with user research and online optimization
- Experience with guiding suppliers and ICT development teams
- Knowledge of web analytics, including analyzing and interpreting visitor statistics and translating insights into concrete improvement actions for the website
- Experience with Piwik and Google Analytics
