Planner Projects Planned Management

A public organization is looking for a Project Planner for the Planned Management cluster.

• The planner supports project managers, program managers, administrators, and project controllers in setting up, maintaining, and monitoring integrated project schedules.
• The assignment contributes to control, predictability, and transparency within the project portfolio.
• The planner ensures reliable planning overviews, signals, and reports, and helps to secure a uniform working method within the cluster.
• The professional works within the project control discipline and forms an important link between project planning, capacity, and steering information.

What you will do.

• Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules in MS Project.
• Translate project proposals into concrete phases, activities, and milestones.
• Coordinate and clarify dependencies between internal disciplines and external parties.
• Maintain and update capacity overviews of project teams and disciplines.
• Translate project schedules and progress into insight into required and available deployment.
• Signal bottlenecks in workload, peak load, understaffing, risks, and deviations.
• Coordinate capacity requests with project managers, program managers, and involved disciplines.
• Prepare dashboards and steering information for the cluster manager and clients.
• Standardize planning formats and working methods.
• Actively contribute to a learning project organization and bring structure, calm, and overview to complex projects.
