What you will do.
- You provide nursing care to patients in their familiar home environment.
- You perform, among other things, wound care, injections, medication administration, and other nursing technical procedures according to care needs.
- You monitor the health status of patients and report changes in a timely manner.
- You coordinate care with general practitioners, informal caregivers, and other healthcare providers.
- You ensure correct reporting and contribute to the continuity and quality of care.
Profile
- You have a nursing diploma and a valid visa.
- You preferably have experience in home nursing or possess strong clinical skills.
- You work independently, take initiative, and can organize your own work efficiently.
- You are empathetic, discreet, and easily build a relationship of trust with patients.
- You are flexible as a freelancer and preferably have your own transport.
