As a Construction & Infrastructure Surveyor, you ensure that what is on paper is precisely placed in the right location outdoors. Your work literally forms the foundation of construction projects. You do this at constantly changing locations, from impressive construction and infrastructure projects to renovations and industrial sites. No day and no project is the same.
What you will do. You will work on various projects throughout the Netherlands. You are responsible for carrying out surveying on the construction site and ensuring that everything is correct before and during execution. Without proper surveying, there is no successful construction project. You ensure that constructions, buildings, and infrastructure are precisely where they belong. You work independently but have frequent contact with contractors, project leaders, and clients.
You are regularly on-site and serve as an important technical link between the drawing and the actual execution.
Your activities.
- Perform surveying on construction and infrastructure projects
- Set out points and check measurements according to drawings
- Read and use technical drawings
- Work with modern measuring equipment and software
- Coordinate with contractors and project teams on-site
- Identify deviations and contribute to solutions
- Opportunity for further development in 3D scanning and other innovative measurement methods
What they ask You have experience in surveying and enjoy working on outdoor projects. You are accurate, independent, and know what is technically required to deliver quality work.
Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a surveyor
- Technical affinity and experience with measuring equipment
- Able to read and understand technical drawings
- Works accurately and independently
- Good communication skills
- In possession of a B driving license
- Resides in the Netherlands
- Experience with AutoCAD or measuring software is a plus
