You play an important role in the further growth of an e-commerce organization. You will have ample opportunity to independently identify opportunities, implement improvements, and make an impact on the entire acquisition process: from SEA and marketing automation to conversion and customer journeys. You will report to the Performance Marketing Lead and work closely with specialists in social advertising, SEO/GEO, CRO, content, e-commerce, and data.
What you will do.
- Work on the further growth and optimization of online acquisition and marketing automation.
- Daily focus on improving campaigns, analyzing results, and finding new opportunities to strengthen commercial performance.
- Set up, manage, and optimize SEA and Pmax campaigns within, among others, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Monitor important performance KPIs and translate results into concrete optimizations.
- Analyze performance, monitor KPIs, and translate results into concrete optimizations and improvement initiatives.
- Set up, manage, and optimize email campaigns and marketing automation activities.
- Be co-responsible for the setup and further development of marketing automation and the CRM/CDP system, ensuring that customer data, campaigns, and automated customer journeys are optimally aligned.
- Identify improvement opportunities within the webshop, campaigns, and customer journey, so that these can be addressed together with the responsible specialists.
- Coordinate campaigns and commercial initiatives with colleagues in social advertising, SEO/GEO, CRO, content, e-commerce, and data.
Profile
- Minimum two to five years of experience in performance marketing, online marketing, or e-commerce.
- Demonstrable experience with SEA and preferably also with Performance Max campaigns.
- Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, or CRM/CDP systems.
- Enjoys working with data and uses insights to further improve results.
- Identifies opportunities to optimize processes, campaigns, and customer journeys and takes the initiative to implement them.
- Enjoys collaborating with various specialists and knows when to involve other disciplines.
- Good command of both Dutch and English.
