Real Estate Agent

• Guide clients through the sale or purchase of their property from A to Z.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with owners and buyers.
• Actively prospect for new sales assignments in your region.
• Perform valuations and advise owners.
• Organize and accompany property visits and negotiations.
• Actively follow up on leads and potential clients.
• Build a strong local network.
• Contribute to further development in the region.
• You are the link between seller and buyer, professionally guiding them to a successful real estate transaction.

What they ask

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in real estate or another related field such as business management, (interior) architecture, law, notary, etc.
• Experience in real estate or an IPI number is a plus, but not a must.
• You are commercially oriented and energized by customer contact.
• You are a strong communicator and listener.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and like to take initiative.
• You work in a goal-oriented manner and see targets as motivation.
• You are reliable, customer-focused, and professional.
• You speak fluent Dutch.
• You preferably have an affinity with the region or possess a local network.
