You will contribute to a platform that plays a significant role in the implementation of subsidy schemes within a national context. Together with an Agile DevOps team, you will continuously build new functionalities and improvements. The platform has been developed as a multi-scheme platform, where various subsidy schemes follow the same execution process. This often allows a new scheme to go live with limited setup.
When a scheme requires specific functionality, the structure, business rules, and screens are further expanded. It is an extensive and specialized system that takes time to fully comprehend.
What you do
- Develop and configure the application
- Actively contribute during information analysis and functional design
- Build new functionalities and implement changes within the application and subsidy schemes
- Analyze and resolve application problems in collaboration with administrators and users
- Propose improvements for both the application and the working methods with a curious and investigative attitude
- Stay up-to-date with developments in your field and apply new knowledge in practice
- Collaborate intensively with fellow developers, testers, analysts, and functional administrators
- Actively contribute to improving the development and delivery process
- Contribute to the further development of the DevOps team and the continuous improvement of the Scrum methodology
- Pay attention to version control, compliance, and application maintenance
What they ask
- HBO/WO diploma or equivalent work and thinking level
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience with data-driven and rule-based design, development
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with SQL and data transformations
- Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum
- Knowledge of CI/CD and lifecycle management
- Knowledge of information security within application development
- Proficient in building and maintaining a network within the organization
Preferences.
- Knowledge of and experience with TOPdesk, JIRA
- Experience with developing complex client-server applications
