What you do
As an Intercedent, you combine recruitment, client contact, and sales. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself and achieve results with your team. You are responsible for finding candidates, maintaining client relationships, and realizing commercial opportunities.
- Maintain contact with existing clients and approach new clients
- Inquire about vacancies and search for and interview suitable candidates
- Connect candidates and organizations
- Guide temporary workers and maintain contact during their work
- Visit clients, identify opportunities, and collaborate with your colleagues
You will start the day with a brief meeting with your colleagues. Afterwards, you will work on client inquiries, job interviews, and commercial activities.

- MBO-4 or HBO level of thinking and working, preferably in a commercial or HR direction
- A B driving license
- Good communication skills and a solution-oriented attitude
- Commercial drive and the motivation to develop yourself further
Experience in recruitment or sales is a plus, but not a requirement.
