A growing speech therapy practice is looking for temporary support. There is a possibility to continue the collaboration after this period. The activities will take place at an educational institution. The assignment is suitable for experienced professionals as well as for those who wish to get acquainted with entrepreneurship. Guidance is available where necessary.
What you do
- Perform speech therapy examinations and treatments for children.
- Develop and evaluate treatment plans.
- Guide children with various speech, language, and communication problems.
- Maintain contact with parents/guardians and, if necessary, with the educational institution.
- Carefully maintain client files and reporting.
- Independently plan and execute treatments.
- Collaborate and coordinate with fellow speech therapists within the practice.
- Work according to applicable professional guidelines and quality requirements within speech therapy.
What they ask
- Completed HBO degree in Speech Therapy.
- Registered in the Paramedic Quality Register or able to meet this requirement.
- Valid AGB code and ability to work as a self-employed professional.
- Affinity with treating primary school-aged children.
- Good oral and written communication skills in Dutch.
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and meticulously.
- A professional and child-friendly attitude.
Preferences.
- Experience in primary care speech therapy and/or working in educational institutions is a plus.
- Multilingualism is a plus, but not a requirement.
