What you do

Create a safe and secure environment every day where children can develop freely.
Offer warmth and involvement to help children build confidence and be themselves.
Stimulate the growth and development of each child through games and creative activities, tailored to their individual needs and rhythm.
Build a strong bond with parents by keeping them informed of the day's progress and their child's development.
Be the point of contact for parents and ensure open, supportive communication.
Collaborate in a close-knit team to create a positive, dynamic work environment.
Have the freedom to work independently and take initiative within the team.
Contribute to a warm, cheerful atmosphere where children feel at home and come to play and learn with a smile every day.

What they ask

A diploma in childcare or an equivalent qualification according to the requirements of the relevant government agency.
Candidates with a bachelor's or master's degree are also eligible.
Experience is a plus, but not required.
Child-friendly, social, and attentive to diversity.
Strong communication skills and able to respond well to the needs of children and parents.
Fluent in spoken and written Dutch.
Flexible and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.

Working hours vary between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
