The main mission of the IT Program Manager ERP Transformation is to lead several business-IT projects around SAP ECC, including the transformation of the current environment to a new ERP solution. The role covers both the preparation and follow-up of a European public procurement related to this evolution, as well as the execution of the transformation program. In parallel, the person will manage other strategic projects and structure test management according to current standards.
The projects rely on environments and tools such as SAP ECC, SAP IS-U, Geode, WinDev, other ERP solutions like Microsoft Dynamics or Odoo, as well as M365 tools such as SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The use of management tools like Jira and TOPdesk is also part of the work framework. At this stage, the choice of the future ERP solution has not yet been finalized, a study is still underway.
What you do
- Lead the transformation of the current SAP ECC environment to a new ERP system
- Define and manage the European public procurement process to select the future ERP solution and implementation partner
- Ensure the management of the ERP transformation project, including migration, transition, and process standardization aspects
- Gather, monitor, and integrate key user needs into several other strategic projects
- Guarantee detailed project monitoring regarding scope, planning, resources, budget, risks
- Implement structured test management for the projects concerned, based on the defined methodology
- Organize change management in collaboration with the business, and ensure adequate training for end-users
- Provide support to the PMO for systematic project monitoring, as well as for capacity, budget, and deadline management
- Establish clear project governance in line with expectations
- Comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 requirements within the scope of the mission
What they ask
- Proven experience as a Senior IT Program Manager, ideally in complex IT transformation environments
- Proficiency in Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN)
- Solid experience in defining and managing European public procurement for the selection of an ERP solution and an integrator
- Demonstrated experience in IT transformation projects
- Expertise in large-scale ERP transformations, including complex migrations and transitions
- Good knowledge of M365 solutions: SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Knowledge of other ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics and Odoo
- Proficiency in PRINCE2 and project management approaches such as Agile, Waterfall
- Very good knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in test management
- You communicate fluently in French, Dutch
