Innovation Support Officer

You contribute to socially relevant work within a government organization. You support the further development of innovative activities and projects.

What you will do.

• Support the organization, coordination, and monitoring of innovation programs and projects.
• Maintain an overview and ensure information is available in the right place.
• Contribute to the professional execution of tasks.
• Support in drafting and updating schedules.
• Monitor project progress and provide reports.
• Collect and manage relevant information about innovative activities.
• Support financial and project administration.
• Ensure careful recording and archiving of project documentation.
• Prepare meetings, write minutes, and monitor the follow-up of agreements.
• Support communication activities, such as drafting factsheets and organizing meetings.
• Act as a connecting link within the staff and as the first point of contact for external contacts.
• Support the Director of Knowledge & Innovation and the Head of the Knowledge, Innovation, Experiments, and Simulation department.

• MBO (intermediate vocational education) working and thinking level.
• Preferably, a completed education in administrative or business management, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Experience in management support functions.
• Experience in support functions within project management and/or the innovation domain of an ICT department.
