The training institute is looking for two teachers of operational leadership for a specialized team. First-line managers, along with their colleagues in implementation, are the foundation of the organization.
As a teacher, you will provide them with the basis to fulfill that role well, guide them in leadership and operational management, and stimulate their professional growth. The education is on the eve of a major change, with new education being developed from 2027 to train all starting first-line managers from 2028. You will actively contribute to the continuous renewal and improvement of our education.
