You will work within a small-scale and dedicated specialized care institution where personal attention and an integrative way of working are central. The institution treats adults with various psychological complaints. As a basic doctor, you will work within a multidisciplinary team and make an important contribution to the diagnosis and treatment of clients based on your medical expertise. You will have short lines of communication with the primary treating physician and other involved therapists.
What you do
As a basic doctor, your tasks will include:
- Performing medical diagnostics and assessment
- Mapping somatic and psychiatric problems
- Assessing medication and providing medical advice
- Conducting conversations with clients
- Signaling changes in the psychological and physical condition of clients
- Coordinating with the primary treating physician and other therapists
- Contributing to treatment plans and evaluations
- Meticulously recording findings in the file
You will have the freedom to apply your medical expertise while collaborating closely with the treatment team.
Profile
- Completed medical degree
- Valid BIG registration
- Experience in mental healthcare (GGZ) is a plus
- You work as a self-employed professional and are registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK)
- You are independent, meticulous
- You have good communication skills
- You can collaborate well within a multidisciplinary team
- You have an affinity with adult mental healthcare
- You are willing to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
