You will work in a Bachelor's program within an expertise network for Business and Management. This network is a reference in Bachelor's and Graduate programs, lifelong learning, and research in the field of (international) business and management. You will share your passion for this dynamic and challenging world.
What you will do.
- You will provide educational activities; you will support learning processes, assess, and provide feedback.
- Together with colleagues, you will outline goals, determine content, and teaching approach for the course units.
- You will guide students in acquiring knowledge and insights, attitudes, skills, and competencies in the 'Become an Entrepreneur' course unit.
- You will supervise students in their final year who establish their own company as a Bachelor's thesis, working on a business plan for one semester and executing it the following semester.
- You will collaborate with colleagues from the program team and report to the team leader and the respective program head.
- As a team member, you will also undertake tasks related to educational support: meetings, exam supervision, advisory discussions with students, etc.

- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- You apply didactic expertise to shape the learning environment.

- You demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit: you identify opportunities and propose actions for improvement or innovation.

- You commit to global citizenship by building and utilizing local and international networks where necessary.
- You are proficient in the use of common ICT applications.
- You are communicative, both in writing and orally.
- Familiarity with higher education is a plus.
- You meet the language requirements for higher education or are willing to acquire them.
