What you will do.
- Advise, solicited and unsolicited, MT members and colleagues on communication issues and the appropriate use of communication channels and tools.
- Contribute to communication within projects and translate plans and developments into concrete communication activities. Subsequently, also ensure their execution.
- Bring creativity and new ideas and contribute to the further development of communication within a government organization.
- Manage the website, social media channels, and intranet, ensuring current, relevant, and appealing content.
- Organize and support meetings and events, from preparation and communication to practical implementation.
- Maintain contacts with external partners, such as advertising agencies, designers, and photographers, and ensure good cooperation.
- Coordinate the development of communication tools, such as brochures, folders, and newsletters, and monitor the quality of concept, design, and execution.
- Initiate and develop communication tools and be responsible for their realization, implementation, and management.
