The benefits administration employee is responsible for the careful and timely execution of benefits administration within the social domain of a government organization. The activities consist of checking and processing information from benefit recipients, administratively handling decisions regarding benefits, and performing recalculations in the designated systems.
In addition, the employee processes signals from the Information Bureau, checks and approves colleagues' work where necessary, and ensures correct and timely payment of benefits. The employee also serves as a point of contact for colleagues on financial matters and contributes to a lawful and efficient implementation of the Participation Act.
