What you will do.
- Analyze learning needs
- Organize workshops and interviews
- Translate outcomes into concrete learning concepts
- Develop storyboards, scenarios, micro-learnings, simulations, and interactive modules
- Build prototypes in Adobe Captivate
- Set up learning paths in ILIAS
- Work with standards such as SCORM and xAPI
- Test, document, implement, and optimize based on learning data
Profile
- Professional who can combine didactics, technology
- Independently take responsibility for the entire development process
What they ask
- Minimum two years of demonstrable experience as an e-learning developer
- A-EP screening and VOG (Certificate of Conduct) are mandatory
Preferences.
- Strong didactic or pedagogical background
- Experience within a comparable security organization
