This long-term freelance assignment is with a key player in the sector. You will work on innovative projects related to sustainability and energy optimization.
What you do
- Coordinate technical interventions (HVAC, electricity) with integrators and internal teams.
- Supervise the deployment of a multi-site Centralized Technical Management system with energy monitoring.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise field teams and partners.
- Develop preventive maintenance contracts and prioritize critical assets (Ventilation, etc.).
- Analyze technical files and create/adapt plans.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and standards.
- Actively participate in the technical optimization of the site.
What they ask
- Confirmed experience in HVAC/technical project management, ideally in a multi-site environment.
- Expertise in HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and energy efficiency.
- Ability to manage service providers and stakeholders.
- Languages: Fluent French and/or Dutch.
- Availability for 2 or 3 days/week on-site.
