Functional Administrator

At a socially engaged organization, we make a difference every day for people with physical disabilities. We do this with a dedicated team of about 100 colleagues at our head office and on a motor passenger ship. Together with nearly 30,000 volunteers across the country, we work towards a society where everyone can participate. This role offers the opportunity to gain a lot of knowledge in a relatively short period within a broad and challenging ICT landscape.

Here, ICT is not about systems in themselves, but about people: every application, every portal, and every link we manage helps our volunteers enable people with physical disabilities to participate in society. As a functional administrator, you will join a department responsible for ICT at the head office, on board the passenger ship, and for over 30,000 volunteers nationwide.

We support a wide range of processes as digitally as possible: from management, from over 8,000 activities per year to the automation of all processes related to sailing holidays on the ship. For this, we manage, among other things, a large Salesforce landscape, with which we serve more than 30,000 users via multiple websites, portals, and web applications.

What you will do.

• Translating user needs into functional and technical solutions within Salesforce CRM
• Managing, optimizing, and further developing the Salesforce platform
• Supporting and advising users with questions and requests
• Analyzing and improving ICT processes
• Collaborating with suppliers, key users, and colleagues to successfully implement changes
• Identifying opportunities to make our digital services smarter and more efficient
