Working in this role goes beyond regular payroll administration. In addition to processing routine mutations, you are responsible for complex payroll issues, advising on employment conditions and legislation, and contributing to the quality and optimization of payroll administration. This gives the role a broader and more specialized character than in many other organizations. It involves comprehensive tasks.

What you do
- Together with your payroll administration colleagues, you handle tasks within personnel and payroll administration
- You process payroll mutations and check the output
- You take care of wage tax declarations, pension contributions, and other periodic obligations
- You support, advise, and identify changes and bottlenecks in the field of payroll administration and (tax) legislation and regulations
- You answer questions from employees and team leaders about salary, deductions
- You provide management information and reports
- You contribute to the design and optimization of payroll processes and applications
- Together with your colleagues, you ensure proper application and implementation of (local) personnel regulations
Profile
It is important that you are proactive, have good problem-solving skills, take initiative, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. We are looking for an experienced payroll administrator who can independently handle all common payroll administration tasks.

Preferences.
- Minimum education level: MBO+ (vocational education)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll administration and experience with a payroll system
- Experience with HR Enterprise (BCS) is desired
