What you will do.

You ensure that guests feel welcome and that the farewell proceeds smoothly.
You act as both host/hostess and a background colleague who manages the farewell process.
You provide a warm welcome to all visitors.
You professionally assist next of kin and funeral directors by phone and carefully process actions and reservations.
You perform administrative tasks with attention and precision.
You set up audiovisual equipment (for image and sound during the ceremony) and operate it during the ceremony.
You arrange for the preparation and serving of catering products after the ceremony.
You guide and manage the cremation process, with or without the presence of next of kin.
You ensure a neat and clean working environment, both indoors and outdoors.
In the Advice & Care department, you advise on memorial products and issue ashes to next of kin.
