You play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of applications and systems that support a government organization. You ensure that applications within the HR Services domain function optimally, which directly impacts the work processes of all employees.
What you will do.
- Drawing up test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for.NET applications.
- Performing functional and regression tests to validate the operation of applications and ensure that new adjustments do not negatively affect existing functionalities.
- Analyzing application results and checking whether they meet the stated requirements.
- Collaborating closely with developers, functional administrators, and other stakeholders to clearly define and align test requirements.
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
- Automating test scripts where possible and maintaining existing test suites.
- Sharing test results with stakeholders and making recommendations for improvements.
- Working in a dynamic, agile team and applying the latest technologies and test methods.
Profile
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, preferably in IT or demonstrable level with an assessment.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a tester.
- Knowledge of and experience with the.NET framework and related technologies.
- Knowledge of database validations and executing SQL queries.
- Accurate and structured in documentation.
- Experience with test automation and output testing is a plus.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating in an agile work environment.
- Enjoys working in complex environments.
- Strong motivation to contribute to the organization's mission.
- Dutch identity and proficiency in the Dutch language.
