What you will do.
- Prepare and optimize transport schedules
- Ensure efficient deployment of drivers and vehicles
- Maintain daily contact with drivers, customers, and transport partners
- Inform customers about delivery times, transport statuses
- Respond quickly to changes, delays, or urgent orders
- Process and check transport documents and administrative data
- Support invoicing and file handling
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve logistical processes
Profile
You are someone who likes to take charge, can switch quickly, and values service highly. You keep a cool head when planning changes and get energy from interacting with people.

- MBO+ (vocational education) work and thinking level
- Affinity with transport, logistics
- Experience as a transport planner is a plus, but not a requirement
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
- Good command of the English language
