You are welcome as a domestic helper at a home care organization that provides support to vulnerable clients. The organization works with small teams and values accessibility, trust, a personal approach, and proximity. Meetings are held twice a year for knowledge exchange and team building.
What you do
- You work independently at clients' homes.
- You build a relationship of trust with clients through good communication.
- You perform household tasks.
- You assist a maximum of 3 clients per day (approximately 6 to 7 hours per day), given the physical and mental demands of the work.
What they ask
- Minimum age of 20 years.
- Available for at least 12 months on the indicated days and hours.
- Demonstrable experience in performing household work outside the home.
- Good command of the Dutch language.
- Ability to think and work independently.
- Stress resistance and professional conduct, even in challenging situations with vulnerable clients.
Practical
- Working students are also welcome.
- If you do not have a car, clients will be scheduled close to each other in a compact work area.
