What you do
- Your starting point is the Broad Intake of family migrants under the Integration Act 2021.
- You investigate whether existing services can be organized differently, with efficiency and quality as guiding principles, including exploring possibilities for group service delivery.
- You test existing ideas for different service delivery in practice.
- You provide advice on the (more efficient) organization of the Broad Intake for family migrants.
- You perform the Broad Intake for family migrants.
- You administer learnability tests.
- You advise immigrants on possibilities within the integration system (regarding learning routes, MAP, PVT, participation).
- You maintain accurate administration according to work instructions.
- You report to the client or a supervisor and work in a team.

What they ask
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience as an Integration supervisor within a municipal organization.
- Demonstrable work experience with the New Integration Act (2021), particularly with the target group of family migrants.
- Willingness to follow the training to become a Learnability Test supervisor at Bureau ICE (facilitated by the organization).
Preferences.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years as an Integration consultant at a municipal organization.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience with Centric's Suite4SociaalDomein.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience with conducting Broad Intakes for family migrants and drafting a PIP.
- Demonstrable work experience with administering learnability tests.
- Demonstrable work experience with offering services in a group setting.
- Demonstrable completed education in Social Work, Pedagogy, SPH, and/or MWD at a minimum HBO bachelor level.
- Demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years with Suite4SociaalDomein.
