About the opportunity. As an Operator & License Owner, you will lead the growth of a football platform in a specific city – from building local partnerships and managing operations to growing an active community of players. You will have the freedom to shape the local operation while benefiting from the systems, expertise, and support of an international headquarters.
What you do
- Launch and grow the platform in the local community
- Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations
- Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation
You will receive support from the headquarters, including:
- A technology platform for app, payments
- Proven operating systems and processes
- Ongoing guidance across operations, marketing
