What you will do. As an external service provider, you will perform the following tasks:
- Logistics process assistant in orders follow-up and receipt
- Physical inventory management (stocks)
- Planning and creation of Field technician work orders
- Quality control of incoming IT material versus orders
- Provide assistance in the elaboration of workload planning
- Analysis of user requests in the domain of RFC
- Maintain correct defined inventory levels for products
- Develop basic reports on activities
- Participate in the drafting of operational procedures
What they ask The following skills are required:
- Completed secondary education plus 3 years of relevant experience in indicative or similar roles or Bachelor Degree and 1 year of relevant experience in indicative or similar roles or Master Degree in logistics or similar related field
- ITIL V5 or V4 (if still valid)
- Good knowledge of IT consumer market products
- Very good skills in all MS Office applications
- Capacity to organise delivery schedules
Languages.
- Good knowledge of English (Level B2 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing)
- Good knowledge of French (Level B2 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing)
