A municipal organization is looking for an independent specialist in the field of compulsory education and qualification obligation for a bridging period, to temporarily absorb peak workload. The objective of the assignment is to independently handle file transfers, process (complex) absenteeism reports, and deliver advice and reports in accordance with the Compulsory Education Act 1969.
What you will do.
- Timely and independent processing of incoming absenteeism and registration reports in accordance with legal deadlines
- Preparing file analyses and delivering written advice in complex files of relative absenteeism and/or qualification obligation
- Delivering a transfer file and a concise advisory report with findings and bottlenecks regarding the processed files at the end of the assignment period
- Independent execution of legal tasks arising from the Compulsory Education Act, including assessing applications for exemption and extraordinary leave
Profile
- No hierarchical relationship: The contractor organizes the work according to their own insight and expertise. There is no hierarchical steering or steering on working methods/times by the organization
- Result-oriented obligation: Agreements are based on an effort aimed at achieving the above results, not on being present during fixed office hours
- Replacement: The contractor has the option to be replaced in case of illness or absence by an equally qualified professional, after consultation with the client

- Demonstrable work experience at a municipal organization within the Youth and/or education domain. Clearly explain this with at least one concrete example and/or reference project
