What you do
As a Wmo Consultant, you handle all applications in the field of household help, wheelchairs, housing and transport provisions, and home adaptations.
- Clarify the resident's request for help
- Provide information and advice in the areas of housing, welfare
- Encourage residents to rely on their own strength and self-reliance
- Conduct home visits and assess the resident's request
- Write reports and advise on customized provisions
- Work closely with colleagues
- Consult with care providers and suppliers
- Where relevant, connect with neighborhood partners such as Neighborhood Teams and Elderly Advisors
What they ask
- Demonstrable minimum of 5 years of experience since 2018 as a Wmo consultant at a government organization
- Demonstrable minimum of 5 years of experience since 2018 with home visits
- Demonstrable minimum of 3 years of experience since 2022 with home adaptations
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in occupational therapy, physiotherapy
- Demonstrably aware of current developments in Wmo legislation and regulations
Desired skills.
- Several years of experience with complex case studies, with a maximum of 2 short examples
