Consultant Governance Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Purview

• Define roles (data owners, space owners, referents, champions, administrators), the RACI, and the governance committee.
• Draft rules for the creation, sharing, guest access, and lifecycle of Teams/sites.
• Draft the Microsoft 365 governance document.
• Build the TLP 2.0 classification policy with business, CISO, and DPO (criteria, examples, manipulation rules, decision tree).
• Design and configure sensitivity labels: markings, encryption and usage rights, default labels, container labels, default library labeling.
• Design and deploy DLP rules (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Copilot) in simulation and then in production.
• Evaluate and, depending on licenses, implement automatic labeling.
• Drive remediation of over-sharing (SharePoint access reports, content discovery restriction).
• Exclude the most sensitive content from Copilot processing and implement AI usage monitoring.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and draft reports.
• Train the IT team in Purview administration and draft the administration guide and procedures.
• Train referents and champions; design user awareness materials.
• Contribute to the adoption report and the closing balance.

What they ask

• Desired: Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate (SC-401, or the old SC-400).
• Assets: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102), Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100).
• At least 2 recent and similar references (M365 governance and Purview deployment), ideally in a regulated sector: pharmaceutical industry or GMP, nuclear, energy, healthcare, or public sector.
• Experience preparing a tenant for Copilot deployment.
• Experience facilitating workshops with non-technical business functions and with security and compliance functions.

• Pedagogy: ability to make classification simple and concrete for users.
• Synthesis and facilitation skills: guide stakeholders to arbitration.
• Rigor and absolute discretion in a highly confidential environment.
• Strong writing skills in French (policies, procedures, support).
