HR Business Partner

• Advise managers on the application of HR policies and support employees while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Serve as a direct link between the HR Centers of Expertise and the field.
• Ensure the optimization of staff development, performance, motivation, and satisfaction to offer a remarkable employee journey.
• Actively participate in the selection of the best talents in collaboration with the dedicated department.
• Prepare and participate in various joint committee meetings. Ensure and anticipate proactive social consultation.
• Participate in team meetings of the Directorates in your portfolio to regularly inform them about HR news.

What they ask

• You have solid experience (minimum 5 years, ideally 10 years) as an HR Business Partner.
• You have proven experience in recruitment and social relations.
• You have a very good overall understanding of HR processes.
• Knowledge of the energy sector and the contact center environment is essential.
• Knowledge of CP200 is a significant asset.
• Perfect command of French.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and priority management skills.
• Pragmatism and a strong "solutions" orientation.
• Flexibility and adaptability.

• The site is difficult to access by public transport, so possession of a driving license and a personal vehicle is strongly recommended.
