What you will do.
- You will work in-house at a leading client organization and be the linchpin between this organization and temporary workers employed through an HR service provider.
- You will guide and support employees through daily direct contact.
- You will handle recruitment for Warehouse Employees and Packers.
- You will write job descriptions, assess candidates, plan and conduct intake interviews.
- You will ensure a smooth onboarding of new employees.
- You will perform various administrative tasks, such as contract management and time sheet processing.
- You will maintain telephone contact with employees and managers.
- You will play an important role in both the operational and recruitment aspects of the services provided to the client organization.
Profile
- HBO/MBO working and thinking level, with administrative skills.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel weekly to another location.
- Possession of a personal car is a strict requirement.
- Strong communication skills, empathetic, and results-oriented.
- Proactive and experienced in guiding employees.
